Don’t you think the top pattern is wonderfully Doris Day? I wish I could wear that sort of garment without looking like a complete freak.

Isn’t it just. I can imagine the looks I’d get at the school gate if I swanned up in that complete with petticoats, bouffant hair and singing at the top of my voice. Actually, the singing would be the worst of it. I can’t carry a tune in a bucket!
