Crappity…I did it again! But that post title was too fine an opportunity to pass up!
I blame Steph!
She’s put her second pattern out there and I couldn’t resist.
I love the long sleeved top and would make the skirt in woven rather than jersey…that’s just my personal preference.
How cute would this look with boots and tights for Winter days.
Or ballet pumps in Spring?
Or wedges in Summer?
Too flipping cute.
And I may have to see how it translates as a maxi skirt…it might just work.
And then there’s pairing it with wide legged trousers.
Stop me now!
I know I needed another pattern like I need a hole in the head, but I simply couldn’t pass this up.

The trouble with crafting as a hobby is that there is just too much temptation out there. You should see my stash of yarn and cross stitch kits. My excuse is that when I retire I will no longer be able to afford to buy them, so I am stocking up now! I love the top and the flirty skirt. As you say, it will work in every season x
My hope is that next year, now the studies are finished, I will have a little more time and enthusiasm for sewing.
I really need to get all my fabric stash sewn and into the wardrobe!
It’s lovely, just enjoy using it, and wearing the results
I’m hoping to!
I’ve ordere this patten too! My first from Steph. Weirdly it was the pockets that finally made me cave!
They are just too flipping cute, no?
If a gal can’t treat herself at Christmas then when can she ! x
My sentiments exactly!
Looking forward to seeing what you do with it!
Thankfully it’s not shipping until February…I’ve so many sewing projects!
